Please be informed that effective immediately, the TWST Board of Directors is implementing a policy whereby all meet entry forms that are dropped into the Meet Entry Box or given to our Meet Entry Director must be submitted with a form of payment or the swimmer will not get entered in the meet.  Either a check, money order, cash or indication to charge a credit card must be included with any meet entry form.  The Meet Entry Director will not be able to make any exceptions to this rule.

In order to provide a convenient method for payment, our meet entry form has been revised, as shown, and allows you to indicate whether a check, money order, or cash is included, or you may indicate that a credit card should be charged. If you want to be able to choose this option, please complete the credit card information form below, detach, and drop in the Meet Entry Box (Attn: Meet Entry Director). Your credit card information will be kept safe and confidential.      

If you wish to send your meet entries via e-mail, payment must then be made by credit card only.  Since it is not secure to send your credit card information in the e-mail, please submit the completed form below in advance, so that your credit card information will be on file.

For those of you with older swimmers that may fill out their own meet entry forms, please instruct them, as well, that they can not submit their entries without payment.  In this case, you may want them to be able to check “Use my credit card” and should therefore submit your completed credit card information below.

Also, as a reminder, the TWST fee of 25¢ per event must be included in your payment to help offset coaches’ travel and meet-related expenses.  If you are getting meet entry information from Beth’s printouts at the WAC, she has already included the TWST fee in the cost per event and you don’t need to add it.  However, if you are getting the meet entry information off the internet, the TWST fee must then be added.

Again, please be informed that entries without payment (cash, check or pre-authorized credit card) will not be processed, and your only option to still enter the meet will be to enter on-deck.
