Neal’s career with TWST started in 2002 where he was frequently found relaxing in a timer’s chair and eventually learned to operate the pad button and stop watch at approximately the same time. He has subsequently served TWST as Safety Marshal (“get off the ropes!”) and recently learned how to operate the timing console. In between board activities where he has focused on governance issues, Neal works as a project manager for ExxonMobil Development Company.
