WHAT:  11-14 Junior I May Invitational Meet hosted by Cy-Fair Swim Club (CFSC)

WHEN: May 4-6th, 2012  Friday PM session only, Saturday and Sunday timed finals AM sessions

WHERE: Fleet Aquatic Center (outdoor 10 lane 50 meter pool), 14654 Spring Cypress Rd, Cypress TX 77429.  Directions to follow.

WHO:  This meet is open to ALL current TWST swimmers aged 11-14 as of 5/4/12.  Swimmers at this meet must have 2 or less "A" time standards in SC or LC event distances and may swim any events offered for their age group.  NO TIMES (NT) will be allowed at this meet.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  This meet file will be sent AFTER the TWST Open meet this weekend.  Swimmers with less than 2 "A" times who are currently committed to the May Jr meet and earn their third "A" time standard this weekend will become overqualified for the May meet and must notify Coach Jennie (coachjenn@itwst.org) no later than Monday 4/23 to be removed from this meet and committed to the May Elite meet.

MORE INFO:  Swimmers may compete in up to four (4) individual events per day.  Entry fees are $5.50 per event and a $2 per swimmer surcharge fee.

DEADLINE TO UNCOMMIT:  There is a very fast turn around for this meet to to delay in Gulf posting of invitation. All eligible swimmers have been committed to this meet and the deadline to uncommit your swimmer is Saturday 4/21. 

Events will be posted for review on Sunday 4/22 and the review deadline is NOON on Tuesday 4/24.  Please contact your group coach before that deadline with any questions about meet entries.  At the close of the review, the file will be created and sent to the host team and all swimmers entered will be billed accordingly.
